    摘要:

    针对在富水软弱地层中采用浅埋暗挖法修筑隧道过程中易发生变形过大、失稳等问题,以长沙地铁 5 号 线工程为依托,在隧道断面外轮廓线布置正、反向邻接的拉森钢板进行水平方向的超前支护试验研究,并通过 ABAQUS 有限元软件对钢板加固段支护效果进行模拟分析。研究结果表明:该方法有效地提高了隧道初期支护结 构的抗变形能力,增强了隧道开挖时掌子面的稳定性,从而有效减少了地表和管线的沉降变形,具有良好的超前 支护效果。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems such as excessive deformation and instability in the process of shallow tunnel construction in water-rich and weak strata using subsurface excavation method, based on the project of Changsha metro line 5, horizontal advance support test was carry out, the Larson steel plate with positive and reverse adjacent lines was arranged in the outer profile of the tunnel section. The support effect of steel plate reinforced section was simulated using ABAQUS finite element software. The results show that the anti-deformation ability of the initial support structure of the tunnel can be effectively improved, the stability of the tunnel surface during excavation is also enhanced. Consequently, the subsidence deformation of the surface and the pipeline will be reduced significantly. The effective pre-support can be achieved using this method.
