    为设计偏高岭土地聚物最佳配合比,研究原料各组分对于地聚物抗压强度的影响,分析了 SiO2与 Al2O3、 Na2O 与 Al2O3 和 H2O 与 Al2O3 的摩尔比对偏高岭土地聚物 7 d 抗压强度的影响规律,归纳出经验性摩尔配比。研 究结果表明:当 SiO2 与 Al2O3 的摩尔比在 4 附近、Na2O 与 Al2O3 的摩尔比为 1 时,偏高岭土地聚物的 7 d 抗压强 度最高(超过 65 MPa),而 H2O 与 Al2O3的摩尔比对地聚物 7 d 抗压强度的影响作用不显著;SiO2 与 Al2O3、Na2O 与 Al2O3 和 H2O 与 Al2O3 的摩尔比三者对于偏高岭土地聚物 7 d 抗压强度的影响程度依次下降。

    Abstract:

    In order to design the optimum mix ratio of metakaolin-based geopolymer, the effects of raw material composition on the compressive strength of the geopolymer was studied. In this paper, the effects of the molar ratios of SiO2/Al2O3, Na2O/Al2O3 and H2O/Al2O3 on the 7-day compressive strength of metakaolin-based geopolymer were analyzed. The empirical mole ratio was then summarized. The results show that when the molar ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 is around 4 and the molar ratio of Na2O/Al2O3 is 0.9~1.1, the 7-day compressive strength of metakaolin-based geopolymer is maximum (over 65MPa).The effect of molar ratio of H2O/Al2O3 on the 7-day compressive strength of the geopolymer is limited. The effect of the molar ratios of SiO2/Al2O3, Na2O/Al2O3 and H2O/Al2O3 on the 7-day compressive strength of the metakaolin-based geopolymer decrease successively.
