    摘要:

    为研究大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层施工技术,依托广东省开阳高速月山连接线工程,在修筑试验路段上采用5种不同碾压工艺,检测路段压实度、平整度和弯沉指标,并通过钻芯取样试验,实测不同碾压组合的基层无侧限抗压强度。试验结果表明:采用碾压工艺四(使用39 t振动压路机,碾压3遍)可以实现大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层一次性摊铺后压实的最佳效果,该研究可为类似工程的施工工艺和施工质量控制提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the construction technology of large-thickness cement-stabilized macadam base. Based on the Ushant Connecting Line Project of Kaiyang Expressway in Guangdong Province, experimental roads were paving with five different rolling compaction combinations.The detection of compaction degree,roughness,deflection test indicators,and the unconfined compressive strength of different rolling combinations was measured by drilling core sampling,and the implementation effects of different compaction combinations were compared. The results show that the fourth rolling compaction process(the rolling times of 39t vibratory roller should be controlled at 3 times)can achieve the best compaction effect after disposable paving of large thickness cement stabilized macadam base.The research results can provide reference for the key points of construction technology and quality control of similar projects.
