    【目的】为改善高黏高弹改性沥青的施工和易性,【方法】选取温拌剂Sasobit和WSG-H03分别加入到废胶粉与SBS复合制备的高黏高弹改性沥青中,制备出温拌高黏高弹改性沥青。通过宏观性能试验与微观测试评价温拌剂的降黏效果及其对高黏高弹改性沥青流变性能和微观结构影响。【结果】结果表明:3%SBS、20%废胶粉制备的改性沥青黏度为4130 mPa·s,弹性恢复率为90 %;当温拌剂Sasobit和WSG-H03掺量分别为3%和0.5%时,高黏高弹改性沥青的黏度分别降低了22 %和33%左右;将荧光显微分析结果通过阈值法处理,发现两种温拌剂都能降低高黏高弹改性沥青中SBS的平均粒径和方差。【结论】3%SBS、20%废胶粉制备的改性沥青符合高黏高弹改性沥青的黏弹性指标;0.5%掺量的WSG-H03温拌剂比3%掺量的Sasobit温拌剂的降黏效果更好;温拌剂的掺入改善了SBS在高黏高弹改性沥青中的分散性。

    Abstract:

    【Objective】To improve the workability of high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified asphalt, 【Methodologies】the warm mix agents Sasobit and WSG-H03 were added to the high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified asphalt prepared by the composite of waste rubber powder and SBS, and the warm mix high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt was prepared. The viscosity reduction effect of the warm mix agent and its effect on the rheological properties and microstructure of high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified asphalt were evaluated by macroscopic performance test and microscopic test.【Results】Results showed that modified asphalt with 3% SBS and 20% waste rubber powder viscoelasticity was 4130 mPa·s, and the elastic recovery rate was 90%. The viscosity of high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified asphalt was reduced by about 22% and 33% when the dosage of warm mix agent Sasobit and WSG-H03 were 3% and 0.5%, respectively. The results of fluorescence microanalysis were processed by the threshold method, and it was found that both warm mixes reduced the mean particle size and variance of SBS in high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified asphalt.【Conclusion】3% SBS, 20% waste rubber powder preparation of modified asphalt to meet the high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified asphalt viscoelasticity requirements. Warm mix agent has a negative effect on the high and low temperature performance of high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified asphalt; The viscosity reduction effect of 0.5% dosage of WSG-H03 warm mix was better than that of 3% dosage of Sasobit warm mix; the incorporation of warm mix improved the dispersion of SBS in high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified asphalt.
