    【目的】孟加拉帕德玛大桥地质单元由粘土、粉土、淤泥、超细砂组成,桩基全部为摩擦桩,设计通过桩底及桩侧压浆提高桩基承载力。为了确定大桥桩基在压浆各阶段承载力变化规律,帕德玛大桥桩基设计有荷载试桩、工艺试桩及正式桩三种类型,其中工艺试桩与正式桩设计结构相同。【方法】10根荷载试桩沿桥址分布于不同区段,需要测试特定标高段桩基承载力。荷载试桩需要做静载试验及深基础高应变动态试验(pile dynamic analyzer,简称PDA试验),通过分析荷载试桩在桩底压浆前后及桩侧压浆后承载力变化规律,为大桥正式桩设计与施工提供依据;在正式桩压浆前做PDA试验,通过分析正式桩与地勘桩承载力数值,可以确定压浆前正式桩承载力是否符合设计要求。【结果】帕德玛大桥正式桩压浆后,桩顶位移上拔在桩周出现负摩阻力,在做PDA试验时钢桩出现弹性压缩,导致桩顶位移小于桩底位移,当桩端单次位移小于2mm时,桩端承载力不能完全被激发,对工艺试桩做PDA试验可知,压浆后PDA试验无法检测工艺试桩(正式桩)桩基承载力。【结论】通过孟加拉帕德玛大桥桩基承载力及桩侧负摩阻力研究,确定了正式桩设计桩长及桩基压浆方案,但是,在施工过程中,桩侧负摩阻力影响了钢桩压浆后承载力的检测,桩基最终的承载力只有通过注浆量及注浆压力进行控制。

    Abstract:

    [Purposes] The geological unit of Padma Bridge in Bangladesh is composed of clay, silt, silt and ultra-fine sand, and the pile foundation is all friction piles, which are designed to improve the bearing capacity of the pile foundation through grouting at the bottom of the pile and the side of the pile. In order to determine the change law of the bearing capacity of the bridge pile foundation in each stage of grouting process, the pile foundation of the Padma Bridge is designed with three types: load test pile, process test pile and formal pile, among which the process test pile and the formal pile design structure are the same.[Methods] The 10 load test piles are distributed in different sections along the bridge site, and the bearing capacity of the pile foundation in a specific elevation section needs to be tested. The load test pile needs to be tested under static load and pile dynamic analyzer (PDA test) on deep foundation, and the bearing capacity of the load test pile before and after grouting at the bottom of the pile and after grouting on the side of the pile is analyzed, so as to provide a basis for the design and construction of the formal pile of the bridge. The PDA test is carried out before the formal pile grouting is carried out, and by analyzing the bearing capacity values of the formal pile and the geological survey pile, it can be determined whether the bearing capacity of the formal pile before grouting meets the design requirements. [Findings] After the formal pile grouting of the Padma Bridge, the negative friction resistance of the pile top displacement uplift appears around the pile, and the elastic compression of the steel pile occurs during the PDA test, resulting in the displacement of the pile top is less than the displacement of the pile bottom, when the single displacement of the pile end is less than 2mm, the bearing capacity of the pile end can not be fully excited, and the PDA test of the process test pile shows that the PDA test can not detect the bearing capacity of the pile foundation of the process test pile (formal pile) after grouting . [Conclusions] After the formal pile grouting of the Padma Bridge, the negative friction resistance of the pile top displacement uplift appears around the pile, and the elastic compression of the steel pile occurs during the PDA test, resulting in the displacement of the pile top is less than the displacement of the pile bottom, when the single displacement of the pile end is less than 2mm, the bearing capacity of the pile end can not be fully excited, and the PDA test of the process test pile shows that the PDA test can not detect the bearing capacity of the pile foundation of the process test pile (formal pile) after grouting .
