    随着航空运输需求的快速增长,终端区航班拥堵与延误问题频发。针对终端区航班调度问题,提出了一种考虑航班优先级的优化模型,构建了基于优先级的终端区航班调度模型,目标是在满足航班时间窗和安全间隔等约束的前提下,最小化航班延误时间和终端区飞行时间。采用熵权TOPSIS法对航班的优先级进行评估,并通过改进的R F算法(IRF算法)对调度模型进行求解。仿真结果表明,该方法在减少航班延误时间和提升终端区流量管理效率方面具有显著效果,特别是在高峰流量时段中,优化效果更加明显。研究为终端区航班调度管理提供了理论支持和实践指导。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid growth in demand for air transportation, flight congestion and delays in the terminal maneuvering area(TMA) have become increasingly frequent. To address the flight scheduling issue in the TMA, an optimization model considering flight priority was proposed. A flight scheduling model for TMA based on priority was developed, with the objective of minimizing flight delay time and terminal area flight time under the constraints of flight time windows and safety intervals. The entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to evaluate flight priorities, and an improved R F algorithm (IRF algorithm) was employed to solve the scheduling model. Simulation results demonstrated that this method significantly reduces flight delays and enhances terminal area traffic management efficiency, especially during peak traffic periods. The study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for flight scheduling management in the TMA.
