    【目的】膨胀土是一种具有高分散性、高塑性的黏土,其吸水膨胀,遇水崩解或软化,失水收缩,抗冲刷性能差,对干湿气候变化异常敏感,是一种“问题多的特殊土”。【方法】本文旨在研究电石渣(CS)+高炉矿渣(GGBS)固化膨胀土的力学与膨胀性能,通过试验和理论分析,揭示其微观作用机制,为膨胀土的改良提供新的方法和理论依据。【结果】实验结果发现固化剂掺量为15%,CS与GGBS的比例为2:8时,膨胀率最低,为0.029%,然而养护龄期为14天和28天时的无侧限抗压强度均为最高,分别为7.31 MPa和7.97 MPa。通过SEM和XRD分析进行微观测试得出,CS和GGBS反应后生成了水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶、钙矾石等胶凝产物黏结土体颗粒,与松散的土颗粒形成一种致密结构,提升了土体的力学性能。【结论】CS-GGBS复合体系可有效改善膨胀土的膨胀特性和力学性能,15%掺量下CS:GGBS=2:8为最优配比,其改良机理为胶凝产物填充土体孔隙、黏结土颗粒,提升了土体的强度和降低土体的膨胀。

    Abstract:

    [Purposes] Expansive soil is a type of clay with high dispersibility and high plasticity. It swells upon absorbing water, disintegrates or softens when exposed to water, shrinks when losing water, has poor anti-erosion performance, and is extremely sensitive to changes in dry and wet conditions. It is a "special soil with many problems." [Methods] This paper aims to study the mechanical and expansive properties of carbide slag (CS) + ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBS)-stabilized expansive soil. Through experiments and theoretical analysis, the micro-mechanism is revealed, providing new methods and theoretical basis for the improvement of expansive soil. [Findings] The experimental results show that when the mixing ratio of the stabilizer is 15% and the ratio of CS to GGBS is 2:8, the swelling rate is the lowest, at 0.029%, while the unconfined compressive strength is the highest at both 14 days and 28 days of curing, reaching 7.31 MPa and 7.97 MPa, respectively. Microscopic tests conducted through SEM and XRD analysis reveal that after the reaction between CS and GGBS, calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H) gel, ettringite, and other cementitious products are formed, binding soil particles and forming a dense structure with loose soil particles, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the soil. [Conclusions] The CS-GGBS composite system can effectively improve the swelling characteristics and mechanical properties of expansive soil, with the optimal ratio of CS:GGBS=2:8 at a mixing content of 15%. Its improvement mechanism lies in that the cementitious products fill the soil pores and bond soil particles, thereby enhancing the soil strength and reducing soil swelling.
